Digital Data Services, Inc. (DDS) strives to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. As a provider of digital mapping products and services, DDS will serve its customers, both business and consumer, with:

  • Respect for the customer's time and business.
  • A Fast Response to phone messages and e-mail inquiries, with a maximum turnaround time of one day for the phone and two days for e-mail.
  • Knowledgeable representatives, technicians, and support staff who can answer questions and respond to problems consistently and intelligently.
  • Upfront pricing and services. DDS will not perform any service without authorization from the customer. Pricing will be established ahead of time whenever possible.
  • Work done right the First Time. If it's not, the work will be redone at no cost.
