City of Colorado Springs | City Clerk Licensing Application

Project Summary
Digital Data Services, Inc. (DDS) assisted the City of Colorado Springs Clerk’s Office in managing their city licenses (liquor, medical marijuana, pawnbrokers, etc.) by building a custom web GIS solution using Geocortex (VertiGIS Studio) Workflow to integrate into their Geocortex Essentials site running on ArcGIS Enterprise.

This solution utilized a cross-server join between the GIS and City Clerk databases. Additionally, the solution utilized several custom Workflows and Reports during the permitting process. Finally, the delivered solution included support by DDS for deployment on the City of Colorado Springs enterprise GIS and extensive in-code documentation so that the City’s GIS department can maintain it.
