Lakewood, CO – Digital Data Services, Inc. (DDS) announced that it was awarded a contract with Pitkin County, Colorado to support a web-based customer portal. Under the contract, DDS will design an online map application that allows for feature creation services for GIS products including mailing lists, data downloads, and map browsing and printing. The application will also be designed to support additional products such as zoning inspections, assessed values, and tax bills. DDS will develop the site utilizing Geocortex® and Esri® ArcGIS ServerTM technologies and will deploy the site for public access.
“As an Implementation Partner for Latitude Geographics, we are proud that Pitkin County has chosen Digital Data Services (DDS) to provide GIS consulting and “kick starter” services, using Geocortex Essentials, to leverage their existing ArcGIS Server investment. Our kick starter program focuses on installation and configuration of web mapping services and sites using Latitude Geographic’s Geocortex Essentials® that, once completed, can be easily turned over and managed internally. DDS is looking forward to adding Pitkin County to our growing list of successful implementations for local governments including the State of Colorado’s Division of Water Resources, Gilpin County GIS, and the City of Colorado Springs.”– says David Carter, Director of Geospatial Solutions at DDS.
