Outrigger Energy is a full service midstream energy company that operates in the mid-continent areas. DDS developed and maintains a Geocortex portal of Outrigger’s oil and gas infrastructure to allow for easy visualization and management of their current plays.

Beginning in 1992, the Colorado Water Conservation Board and Division of Water Resources embarked on an effort to establish a common and accepted framework of information and tools to help facilitate informed decision-making in water resources planning in the State of Colorado.
